The Ninja Kids of ” Taiyou e no Michi” again presented their Ninjutsu techniques and again, as always left speechless all guests present in the Skopje City Park.

The demonstration was held this Saturday, as part of the event called “After Class”, in it took part eight members of the kids group from the only Ninjutsu dojo in Macedonia.

As always, the Embu of the Ninja Kids attracted the most attention during the event and garnered the loudest applause form the public.

In the end we would like to congratulate the instructor Taki Gakovski that tirelessly works with the youngest members of Bujinkan Macedonia and generously shares his knowledge with them.

Дваесет и четврта година по ред, Организацијата за изучување самурајски и нинџа вештини „Пат кон Сонцето“ ги отвора вратите на доџо-то за новите кандидати кои имаат желба да навлезат во светот на традиционалните јапонски боречки традиции.

Нашата организација е единствената институција во Република Македонија каде што на едно место можете да вежбате Буџутсу и Нинџутсу, на начин како што векови наназад се вежбале во Земјата на Изгрејсонцето.
Во состав на „Пат кон Сонцето“ се наоѓаат доџо-ата за нинџутсу „Буџинкан Македонија”, потоа „Корју Доџо“ во кое се изучува Даито рју Аикиџуџутсу, како и „Катори Македонија“ во кое што можете да ја вежбате најстарата документирана јапонска боречка вештина – Теншин Шоден Катори Шинто рју Буџутсу.

Иако „Буџинкан Македонија“ врши уписи во текот на целата година, сепак месецот септември е најповолен момент за да отворите една нова страница од Вашата животна историја.

Ве известуваме дека првиот час за почетниците ќе се одржи на 3-ти септември, а воедно Ве покануваме во текот на месецот да не посетите и да извежбате еден бесплатен односно пробен час, колку да ја почуствувате атмосферата што владее во нашето доџо.

За тие што се уште не се запознаени со нашата работа, Буџинкан Македонија е основана на 02 јули, 1995 година и засега е единствениот клуб во нашата држава признаен од страна на поглаварот на Буџинкан, соке Масааки Хатсуми.

Важиме за еден од најдинамичните клубови во Европа со многубројно и активно членство и со најмногу активности организирани во текот на целата година. Во рамките на доџо-то постојат повеќе секции за возрасни (од 13 до 113 години), но и за деца (од 5 до 12 години).

Eighteen participants marked the eleventh edition of the “Summer Ninja Camp”, that was held as is every year in the Hombu Dojo of the Organization for the study of classical Japanese martial arts – Taiyou e no Michi.

The topics for this year’s event were the schools of Gyokko ryu Koshijutsu, and techniques with weapons (Kusari Fundo and Kyoketsu Shoge) from the school of Togakure ryu Ninjutsu.

The legendary event again defended its epithet as one of the most dynamic and fierce seminars organized by Bujinkan Macedonia, and at the same time bringing closer together all the members of the dojo.

During the last day of the camp, the teacher Igor Dovezenski revealed the topics for the year 2020 – Takagi Yoshin ryu Jutaijutsu (Okuden Gata) and Kukishinden ryu Happo Bikenjutsu (Rokushaku Bo). Summer Ninja Camp.

The third summer “Kids Ninja Camp” brought new adventures and broadened the knowledge of our youngest members even more.

During the seven day grand event, the Ninja Kids of Bujinkan Macedonia had the opportunity to practice the school Shinden Fudo ryu Dakentaijutsu, and also techniques with the medieval Japanese weapon – Kusari Fundo.

The beautiful atmosphere and the amazing training were complimented with unforgettable friendships, excursions, and a wonderful karaoke party which is traditionally held during the last night of the event.

This past weekend the before-last seminar from the series “Life in the Wild” was held. This event, together with “10.000 B.C.” and “Ways of Winter Survival” are the only ones that at this moment are specialized and dedicated to all the members of Bujinkan Macedonia that want to delve deeper into the secrets of Ninjutsu or to be more precise – into the techniques of survival in nature.

After six previous “Life in the Wild” seminars, where the participants mastered the techniques for survival in mountains lower and higher than 1000 meters, and also organized life by a river, forest and desert conditions, the sixth edition brought us to the wild parts of the Prespa Lake, near the coasts of the village of Konjsko.

We now publish the impressions of two of the participants of this year’s event.

“Every moment of the seminar was beautiful. From arriving on location, to leaving. Just as we arrived on the lakeside, immediately we went to work preparing our shelter and our food. Everybody had a task and all working towards the same goal. Some gathered dry branches for the fire, others rolling the yeast-less dough, while a third group hunted for frogs and fish. We had a lot of lesions about how we can use nature to organize life by a lake. Together with us, constantly  working were Sensei’s kids: Kosara, Ksenija and Petar. They also kept guard and never complained. Although they are still kids, I see in them little Warriors.
This time because we were a smaller group, Sensei also kept guard. For me it was a huge honor to be kept safe by Sensei while I slept. When I lied down in my sleeping bag, I couldn’t stop looking at the stars. That for me was a view out of a million dollar hotel. I thought that I could reach out and touch all those heavenly bodies. As if the entire universe was laid out in front of me. It was all so magical” – sempai Mihail Drakalski.

“Many times have I written about the seminars during which we study the techniques for survival in nature and I have been on many of them, but during this last one I felt like I had some kind of a personal epiphany. Not that there were many new things for me, but simply as if this time I understood them in their entirety with both my mind and my heart. Sensei multiple times repeated the “Five Fingers” rule that he has told many times before. Those are the five rules of survival under any circumstances in nature. But what do we do when we return to civilization? Here, all these five basic rules of survival are ‘polluted’. All these five core needs that are critical to life – we are irreversibly destroying.” – sempai Vladimir Antovski.

In the end, even now we wish to announce the last “Life in the Wild” that will be held in the year 2020 in the semi-steppe of Ovce Pole.

Shidoshi ho Marko Opacik – one of the most loyal and most committed students of the teacher Igor Dovezesnki, successfully passed the test for the 3 DAN, with which Bujinkan Macedonia became richer by another master with a high title.

After 13 years of training in the dojo, over 150 seminars at home and abroad, of which 56 intensive in the Hombu Dojo, Marko Opacik became the new and for now the only member with a masters degree of SANDAN.

We would like to congratulate him on his success and we hope that his example will be a guiding one for the next generations on how to love and respect the dojo that has shown you the true Way.

On one of the mountain sides of Plackovica, in the hearth of the Kozjacka valley that is split by the river of the same name, this weekend the third in a row “10.000 B.C.” was held.
On totally unknown terrain, the Warriors of Bujinkan Macedonia learnt the techniques of survival with minimal equipment, imitating the life that took place in these parts 10.000 years before Christ.

After the end of the seminar, part of the participants shared their impressions:

“I don’t know how many seminars in nature have been held till now in Bujinkan Macedonia, but I do know that the number is quite large. I am happy that I have participated in many of them and I can say that every seminar has had its own specific beauty. The seminars are not made by the locations that we visit, even if they are beautiful, colorful and magical. The seminars are made by the members of Bujinkan Macedonia, together with our Sensei. I know if I visit the same locations with my friends, acquaintances or total strangers, I will not experience what I am feeling when I am with the people from our dojo. Sensei has said that Bujinkan Macedonia has always attracted the “strange individuals” that in a “normal” environment would differ from all the rest. Exactly that what makes us “weird” creates the magic when we are together. During the seminars in nature we learn from nature itself which can be so whimsical, and at the same time boundlessly cruel and merciless. Right here we face these two faces, and which one will triumph in the end depends on us” – sempai Vladimir Antovski.

“Bujinkan Macedonia is a big book of warrior’s tales, where each page differs from the previous.
The first year we were at the unforgettable Cocev Kamen, then we stayed under the waterfalls of Dlabocica, a now in the canyon of the river Kozjacka.
We traveled though the mosaic of stones in the clear river. As we climbed higher, the sound of the waterfalls was so loud that we almost couldn’t hear one-another. After we chose the place where we shall rest and readied our nest, Sensei gave out task for everyone, and so in short order we secured food. We had a good catch of fish, some frogs, wild apricots and ant eggs.
In parts of the river, nature has carved out tubs like a ‘jacuzzi’ in which when you sit, your head is hit by the water that falls from the rocks.
I remember when a few years ago Sensei announced the first of these seminars, I asked him what will be taught, and he answered me ‘we shall learn about life’. Slowly I am starting to understand what Sensei said that time.
In Sunday, the morning I greeted while on guard with Kosara and Ksenija, who I already count as my younger martial sisters. I would like to mention the ritual of Misogi which Sensei demonstrated for us. The feeling was amazing. For a moment I felt empty, but that sadly did not last long.
In the end, I want to congratulate Ksenija. This was her first two day seminar and for a child of 11 years she gave a fantastic performance. She worked constantly and industriously, she did not show weakness and held on for the entire seminar. And of course, I would like to thank Sase for his great hospitality in his home after we finished with the seminar. As always, the last thanks I give to Sensei, who selflessly shared all his knowledge and takes care of us guiding us on the true Way” – sempai Taki Gakovski.

“What a seminar! This year ’10.000 years b.c’ was held for the third time and we can without a doubt say this event slowly, but surely, is turning into a traditional one. With every passed seminar, I feel like the emotions and the values that I have gathered are molding into my soul. I am happy that I have lived though this magical story for the third time. Thanks to this event, I managed to judge if the things that Sensei though us I have understood well and if I have become a better person. Definitely this kind of seminar in nature will give you an answer to many questions, and you will find out what your weak points are and where you should better yourself. With great excitement, I can barely wait for next year so I can again live through the next ’10.000 B.C’

At the same time I would like to say that I am very proud of my compatriots. They are these wonderful souls, first of all Warriors, with incredible hearts! I thank you all that with your contribution helped to write another great story that will be part of our life. We wrote another incredible fable that will be part of our lives. We wrote another unique story, we left another legend which we will remember till the end of our lives. The June Shiken meaning testing for the student degrees was held yesterday in the Skopje dojo of Bujinkan Macedonia.

Yesterday in the yard of the Hombu Dojo of the Organization for the study of classical Japanese martial arts – Taiyou e no Michi, was held a seminar dedicated to the martial techniques with the great samurai war hammer (Otsuchi).

It is interesting, that this unusual and sadly a bit forgotten weapon is practiced as part of the Japanese classical school of Shinden Fudo ryu Dakentaijutsu. The teacher Igor Dovezenski thinks that the members of the dojo already have the necessary training and experience to start a new chapter in the study and exploration of the techniques of the great samurai war hammer.

The next adventure for the Warriors of Bujinkan Macedonia will be held in two weeks, during which the canyon of Stip’s Bregalnica will be visited, as part of the seminar 10.000 years B.C.
