The "Summer Ninja Camp IX" was held

Posted on Categories Home

For the ninth time shidoshi Igor Dovezenski successfully organized and held the biggest and best known yearly event known under the name “Summer Ninja Camp”. And again, as every year, it took place with the help of the members of Bujinkan Macedonia who with years selflessly give their support and trust to the leader of “Taiyou e no Michi”. Connection, loyalty, family spirit between the Warriors of the dojo full comes to light during the summer camp. This year during the event studied were the Japanese skills of Takagi Yoshin ryu Jutaijutsu and Togakure ryu Bikenjutsu. Besides them, as always other topics were studied, all with the goal of transferring as much knowledge as possible from the hoards of the teacher – to the students. Truly there are no words that can describe the atmosphere that permeates the summer ninja camp, as any attempt would be unsuccessful. What we can surely say is that the event slowly, but surely, is becoming LEGENDARY and that future generations will be able to speak with days how they watched the photographs from the camp itself. As every year, so this year, on the last day of the event shidoshi Igor Dovezenski presented the topic for the next year, and for 2018 it is: Daito ryu Aikijujutsu and Kukishinden Ryu Naginata. If till now you still haven’t felt the warrior spirit within yourselves meaning you have never taken part in one of our summer camps, in Your calendar mark the dates from 4-12 of August and be part of this glorious moment.

The first "Kids Ninja Camp" in Macedonia was held

Posted on Categories Home

Organized by Bujinkan Macedonia, this year for the first time the “Ninja Kids Camp” was held, which caused as much of a positive reactions from the youngest members of our dojo, as from their parents. Although Bujinkan Macedonia has a enormous experience in organizing this kind of event, still no camps of this kind for our youngest warriors from the section “Ninja Kids” had been organized up to this point.

The camp was held from the 27 of July to 03 of August, in the Homby of “Taiyou e no Michi” and in it took part 16 kids form the ages of 5 to 12. They studied the basics of Japanese martial arts Koto ryu Koppojutsu and Kukishinden ryu Hanbojutsu, but of course, there were the unavoidable ninja night actions, as also lectures on different topics, all with the goal of the youngest gaining knowledge, skills and confidence needed for the life and future awaiting them. We need to mention that the trainings during the camp were led by shidoshi Igor Dovezenski, sempai Taki Gakovski and kohai Tamara Gorgievska.

Next year we expect an even bigger response, and we promise an event better organization of the event.

"Life in the Wild IV" was held

Posted on Categories Home

This past weekend, six Warriors from Bujinkan Macedonia successfully mastered the techniques for group survival in desert conditions. On temperatures above 42 degrees, the participants of “Life in the Wild” managed to overcome the all the challenges who appeared during the two days.

Although Macedonia has no deserts in the classical meaning of the word, nonetheless the instructor Igor Dovezenski chose a rocky and stony terrain known for its meager vegetation, as also a tiny yearly rainfall. The volcanic hills between the villages of Konjuh and Shopsko Rudare, perfectly brought the atmosphere to that of a desert climate.

During the seminar, Dovezenski taught his student how to chose the best suited location to build a temporary shelter, afterward where to find food and water, but also how to prepare them so they are safe for consumption. Besides this, the members of Bujinkan Macedonia learned many other techniques, among which: providing first aid during an injury, the making of weapons for hunting, fishing and defense, etc.

The techniques for survival in nature, for the most part Dovezenski has learned from his grandfather, who was a participant in the second world war and was awarded with a plethora of commendations, among which is the liberation of the city of Skopje. During the war in its aftermath, he was a scout in a tank battalion and the techniques for nature survival helped him many times to survive the difficult situations that he found himself in during those hard years.

This next summer, meaning the scenario of “Life in the Wild” will take place on a mountain higher than 1000 meters.

Life in the Wild IV

Slowly, but surely, this seminar too became a tradition that will go on from year to year.
We got to the fourth chapter of this story, that will take us this time to stranger and harsher living conditions.
During the first three events, the instructor Dovezenski taught his students how they can survive an extended period as a group as long as they take shelter in a mountain lower than 1000 meter, and also how to organize life by a river and in a forest.
“Life in the Wild IV”, will have the goal of teaching the members of Bujinkan Macedonia how to survive in desert conditions.

As was said during the first seminar, the warriors of the dojo every year will face different terrain meaning myriad geographical living conditions.

The seminar will be held under the presumed scenario of a natural catastrophe or other misfortune which demands a retreat to an inaccessible place and the organization of life during an extended time frame with a group of people. With the mastery of these new skills, the members of the dojo will be capable of taking care of their family and providing it with the basic necessities for life in the wilderness during an emergency.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn the techniques of surviving in nature, which in case of a natural catastrophe or another type of trouble will be more than necessary.

In the seminar may take part all the members of the dojo Bujinkan Macedonia / Taiyou e no Michi, regardless of their title or level of knowledge.

Necessary equipment: everything that can be useful during survival in nature and will fit in your backpack.

Day: 22/23 of July (2017)

Location: Konjuh

Program:

The seminar for water training "Sui Ren" has been held

Posted on Categories Home

Even before the official founding of the first Macedonian ninjutsu dojo -Bujinkan Macedonia, the instructor Igor Dovezenski paid special attention on the studying of the specialized shinobi techniques, among which is Sui Ren.

That practice to teach all unusual skills known under the name of Ninja Juhakei, shidoshi Dovezenski continues to this day, and so from time to time his students have the opportunity to learn and to delve a bit deeper in the marrow of this unusual method of fighting known under the name ninjutsu.
During the Sunday seminar, the participants had the opportunity to learn techniques for quiet water entering, and also ways of silent swimming up and down stream. Afterwards techniques of long distance swimming with a log, camouflage and water running, and also silent movement and following of the enemy who is moving on the banks of the river.
Water training, except during the nature seminars, sometimes is taught on some of the summer camps organized in the Hombu Dojo of Taiyou e no Michi.

According to the work plan, the next year it is planned for the techniques learned to be tried out through different martial scenarios, during which the participants will be split into two groups.

"The longest day - Kenjutsu seminar on Kokino" has been held

Posted on Categories Home

Fifteen Warriors of Bujinkan Macedonia and one participating guest took part in a two day seminar held on Tatikev Kamen in the village of Kokino.
Right in one of the oldest observatories on the world, our members with a kenjutsy training welcomed the longest day in the year known amongst the people also as Soncestoj.

We show to you some of the impressions of sempai Mihail Drakalski regarding the seminar:

“We all got up exactly at 04 hours and refreshed by the clean air we started the first training and in that way we welcomed the sunrise. In a short while in appeared in that specific spot meaning through the sight between the two rocks through which astronomers in the past calculated the coming of the seasons.
A few minutes before some journalist appeared, but also some other curious comers who photographed and taped the official welcoming of summer. During the training I enjoyed watching the kids of Bujinkan Macedonia growing and I was overjoyed that they are growing in martial family like ours is.
I would also add that Kenjutsu is a wonderful school which I noticed appeals to everyone. I would like for this seminar to grow into a traditional one.”
