This past Sunday, at the Homby Dojo of Bujinkan Macedonia a Chigiriki seminar was held.

All the different body positions and the nine techniques which are a part of the curriculum of Bujinkan Macedonia were practiced. We must also mention that Igor Dovezenski’s students seem to be improving their capabilities with each consecutive seminar.

During the seminar the participants enjoyed the wonderful weather and the delicious grapes that grow in the yard of the Hombu Dojo of Bujinkan Macedonia.

A seminar for shuriken throwing techniques from the school of Togakure ryu Ninjutsu was held this past Saturday in the yard of the Homby Dojo of Bujinkan Macedonia.

The teacher Igor Dovezenski held a class in which he went down to the details of this school’s techniques, all the while the ten participants tirelessly absorbed his knowledge and perfected their technique.

The evening was spent playing board games and talking long into the night and there was also time for a nice dinner in the summer kitchen of the Dojo.

The teacher Igor Dovezenski taught in Chicago (USA)

The day before yesterday marked the end of the two-week journey of the leader of Bujinkan Macedonia to Illinois (United States of America).

He was actually staying in the city of Chicago on invitation from several owners of luxury residences and hotels in the center of the city, and he furthermore worked at Oak Park – one of the city’s elite neighborhoods. During his stay, Dovezenski taught at several yoga/fitness studios catering to the needs of the residents and guests of these locations, throughout his work he introduced all comers to the Shinobi Taiso system, which was admittedly quite well received by them.
The sessions were held every day in the morning and evening, and, on request by several trainees, he also held some private/individual sessions.

During the same time, Dovezenski taught Ninjutsu to several JuJutsu professional athletes, who were amazed by his technique and the martial art that he represented. Although he received an invitation to stay and teach in Chicago, Igor Dovezenski, filled with a sense of patriotic duty and guided by his great love for his children and students, immediately refused this generous offer, although he did promise to return for another visit and teaching trip to the “windy city”.
