This past weekend, at the Homby dojo of Bujinkan Macedonia in Dovezence a seminar was held dedicated to the study and understanding of the techniques and principles of Toami.
During the course of the event, several key elements such as movement, distance management, timing and smooth technique chaining were studied. The participants had the opportunity to explore the techniques of net throwing, the forms of the art and to work on improving their sense of balance and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
During the breaks we used our free time to bask in the beauty of the Japanese zen garden, where besides the coffee and the pleasant conversation that goes with it, we were able to share some of our experiences and thoughts about the training sessions in a relaxing atmosphere.
