In the Japanese garden of the Hombu dojo of the Organization “Taiyou e no Michi”, this Saturday a seminar on the topic of fighting with a big samurai hammer – Otsuchi – was held.

In the event took part several of the older students (sempai) of Bujinkan Macedonia, which expanded upon their previously gathered knowledge about the school of Shinden Fudo ryu Dakentaijutsu.
The seminar for fighting with an Otsuchi will continue to take place, because besides continuing the traditions, it is good for the conditioning of the bodies of the Warriors from our Dojo.

Non-stop rain paired with low temperatures didn’t create even the slightest need to postpone our traditional seminar for the study of winter survival techniques. After five years of gathering knowledge about survival in forest terrain, and then five years of perfecting our knowledge of survival methods in hilly areas, this year we began a new challenging chapter in our study of these techniques – survival in rocky valley terrain. With this goal in mind, we chose Smkneno, a place at the start of hills that are a part of the mountain of Lipac.
